Hey, I’m Leif—Certified Fitness, Nutrition & Hormone Coach… but titles don’t mean much if you’ve never been where your clients are.

I’ve been the guy grinding away in the gym, doing every program I could find, chasing the “perfect” plan that would finally unlock results.


I thought harder was better. I pushed through pain. I ignored the signs.


And it cost me.

  • I blew two discs in my back.

  • I wrecked my shoulders with too much, too fast.

  • I spent years spinning my wheels, wondering why I couldn’t build the muscle or strength I was working so hard for.

The truth? I was following what "bro science" told me “should” work.

But it wasn’t sustainable. It wasn’t healthy. And it wasn’t right for my season of life.

That’s when I started rebuilding—from the inside out.

I simplified my training. Focused on hormones, stress, recovery, and strength that actually meant something.

I stopped chasing shredded abs and started building a body that could carry kids, haul firewood, pack an elk, and raise a family.


Now, my wife Abby and I coach other men and women to do the same.

We live in northern Canada, raising two boys (and one more on the way), chopping firewood, hunting wild game, hauling water, and building a life that’s simple, strong, and grounded in faith.


We don’t just preach fitness and healthy living—we live it, every single day.
