Hey, I’m Leif, a Certified Nutrition, Hormone & Fitness Coach—but more than that, I’m someone who’s been in the trenches, struggling just like you.

I know what it’s like to try every kind of workout out there, searching for the “perfect” training plan that would finally give me the results I wanted.

For years, I thought that the harder I pushed myself, the better my results would be.

I overtrained, I ignored my body’s warning signs, and I wrecked myself in the process.

Why I Created This E-book
